My disabled son and I both had our name on the Carroll Elec. account for the house we own together. He has lived there alone for 2.5 yrs. My son's name has always been primary on the bill, and mine was listed second. Our levelized billing was about $48/month. Bills were always pd on time, and we even ran credit balances. He wanted to pay by himself, so last month we went in and took my name off. No one there warned us what would happen when he got the first bill.
