I had a digital camera and was having trouble getting the mini CD to load the software. I call the 877 number on the CD. The technicial support rep asked me for the serial number on the CD. They sent me a link for the software. I noticed the serial number was off by one number. They assured me it was the correct driver for my camera. After 2 days of installing uninstalling and reinstalling the driver at Sakar's instance they finally told me to go up on their website to get the driver myself.
