I've been a big PlayerAuctions customer for years now and although I have had a few minor issues, it has been the best service for it's purpose by far. In August I used the website to puchase an account for $1700.00. With their new restrictions on large purchases in place (I am told over $500 is a large purchase), you cannot use a simple Paypal payment any longer.
