Our elderly parents were talked in to getting a Loan for a manufacutred Home, 21st Mortgage approved a Loan that has left them in Financial ruined. The Mobile home company that process the paper work did not follow applicable law and questionable behavior. I informed 21st mortgage and they Did nothing to investigate the potencial fraud.
