My daughter was involved in a traffic accident with our family car. This is a car we depend upon. It was the other persons fault and they received the traffic citation for failure to yield. Direct General it the persons insurance that stuck our car. Not Mine. This happened almost 1 month ago. They had a 3rd party come and estimate the damage to our car.
