I am writing this complaint to prevent foreclosure and to try and save my home. I was a full time nursing student which caused me to become behind on my mortgage payments. I went through forbearance with ASC mortgaging. They indicated after completion that I would be eligible for a loan modification. When I received the loan modification, my interest did not change from the current 7.4% and my monthly note increased. I called asking if I could renegotiate my terms.
