I too am a landscaper in Norfolk, Va who contracted with Level 1 maintenance to service 7 Eleven landscaping. I started the season in March 2010 I worked until June 2, 2010. Submitted all my invoices monthly, completed contract and waited 45 days then it was 2 months, 3 months 4, 5, and now 6 months and level 1 has not paid.
