I terminated services with Time Warner Cable Kansas City at the end of August. Once I called to cancel the service I took the disconnected cable boxes and cable modem back to a local store and received a receipt for the equipment. The employees at the store were very friendly and professional. The problem arrose when a technician showed up at my residence to "supposedly" disconnect the service.
