Gave contractor $17, 500 for siding, corian counter tops and additional contracting work to be done, no work was completed and lost all monies. Filed complaint with Attorney General and since there were no other complaints filed against James E. Blount they did not find him at fault. James was also the volunteer coordinator for semperfihomes.us which never received a 501(c)(3) status. This theiving, maniuplative person already did jail time and it's only a matter of time before he robs someone else. read full review »
