Hi, I am Neha Dixit. I hold a SBI account 00000030091687184( Branch: Electronic city, Bangalore). In Nov 2008, I swiped my SBI debit card in People mall ( Bangalore) for 3196/- and the transaction was rejected. The card was swiped by the retailer again and it worked. later on I figured out that the amount was debited from my account twice.
