My phone was lost and cellsure said they cannot cover me as I used different sim card. I have upgraded phone and changed my particulars but mtn did not update or inform me that I am not allowed to use other sim card. The manager said is not their duty to notify me on the condition of cover or anything. I should read my contract. She did even want to investigate with mtn and not interested on helping be but saying they will not return any money. That is how they make money on consumer by selling product that they dont give information on. Overall is cellsure does not care for their client. As long as they get the money. read full review »
