We have been Jumping through hoops since November 2009 for Wells Fargo to qualify for a mortgage adjustment. They have told us in writing our credit won't be affected as long as we do as the program outlines. We have done everything required and then some and even done it earlier than requested. They reported us to credit bureaus causing a drop in our credit reports from high 700's down to low 500's.
