I signed up with Buy Owner over 2 years ago. What a total waste of money. In that entire time I did not receive one inquiry. About 8 months ago we hired a real estate company and had over 40 showings and now the house is sold. It was a $8, 000 lesson. Always take your time and think things over. Buy Owner reps do a hard sell and when your in a bind it sounds good. Dont fall for it. You have to pay all of it up front and they make money if you sell or dont sell your house.
