Well, like most of the other people complaining about the service they have received from Sears, like them, I will NEVER shop with them again, online or in department stores. Trying to order 2 simple over elements has turned into a nightmare involving them: 1. putting on incorrect street address on my order, nver received the 1sr order. 2. made a second order, parts were incorrect. now i have to return these parts. still waiting for a credit (1 month now) on my first order.
