I am disappointed with the service provided by the Hollister store at Westfield Mall, Uk. I purchased a Hollister hoodie on the 4th September for my daughters birthday, which was on the 5th September. All she wanted was a Hollister hoodie which she wanted to wear on her birthday. On the 5th September she went to try on her hoodie only to find that the electronic tag was not removed from the garment. She was guttered, cried and said it was her worst birthday.
