8/16/2010 when I signed up for phone agent source online, typed my father's name and it said possible match only to find out that they cant find no match after 3 hours.I cancelled the membership right away the next day.Talked to CS agent&I was told it takes 48hours to do the process & I need to goto my acount again to finalize the cancellation procedure only to find out that I got hit with $18.95 fee.Called today spoke w/ Brandishe was very obnoxious & threatened methatshewill hangup& wont help me bec.I raisedmy voice read full review »
