I had my first visit to their pharmacy today. It took over 1.5 hours to fill a prescription for an inhaler -- no pills to count and no mixing. Easy task, and the inhalers were right there hanging on the wall behind the counter. When I entered, they had no customers, no one waiting at the drive-thru, yet no one bothered to say, “I’ll be with you in a minute.” They had 4 people working behind the counter and all of them were glaring into a computer screen.
