My 50" HDTV HP, have a problems with the left speaker (crack) and it's sound is bad. It's under extended warranty until 12/2010. I call Warrantech to make a report (8/3/2010) & they bring mi a R.O. #4231814TPT, by problem time, I call BrandsMart Service Repair Center the next day (8/4/2010) for Tech. repair appointment, it was scheduled for 8/7/2010 at 9:00 am.
