i no longer have a contract with direct tv. i also no longer am receiving local channels. i called customer service and was told they changed satellites, and in order to get local i need to do an upgrade to better equipment, and sign a 2yr. contract. all of a sudden...they can do just about any adjustment in their offices and i think they can also monkey with your service for their purposes. this makes no sense to me, why i have to sign an agreement to continue to get my local channels...just too much of a coincidence!!! read full review »
