I paid extra for EXPRESS delivery. The driver repeatedly try to deliver to the wrong house even though the correct address was provided. I still don't have item. When the local fedex office phoned and I spoke with the driver they both laughed loudly as though it was a big joke to come to the wrong house. There was no apology. NEVER AGAIN. I own my own company as does my husband. I have advised all our provideders to use UPS from now on. This is disgraceful read full review »
