I was talked into switching my AT&T account over to AT&T U-Verse for "better pricing" they said. I spoke with (7) seven different sales agents and they all gave me different pricing. One of the managers stated that the agents get confused because they have so many different promotions going on. I find that disgusting and unacceptable. When service was finally installed I had 6 service calls in 9 days!
