Like everyone says its too long to put here. I applied for a modification in May and was approved. They said we will send agreement, sign and return etc etc.No agreement sent. I called to inquire but time was expired on that agreement, so I applied again and was denied. I called to resolve situation and ask for resolution to this matter, they said reapply.
