I researched Negri Electronics only after having a problem with Mr. Ryan Negri. Sadly, they are indeed the scammers they are portrayed here and in other forums and BBB complaints. In my situation, I placed an order on his website for over $700 on a new phone. The website clearly and UNCONDITIONALLY stated that there was FREE shipping on all orders over $499, thereby qualifying me for the offer.
