I rented an apartment from Coldwell Banker Commercial Funkhouser Realtors in Harrisonburg, VA and paid them a hefty security deposit before moving into the apartment. I left the apt in great shape (they even said so) but because of their scam fees (like enourmous 'routine system maintaince fee' and 'key fee' that they charge even when you return your key and leave your place without any need for maintainence) I got practically nothing back from them, though I was led to believe that I would get my deposit back.
