On August 16th I ordered a pool filter and was told after they took my credit card number that the order would be received 3-5 days. The order totalled $825.00. My card was charged. I waited five days for the shipment to arrive, but the item was not delivered. During the weekend, I tried to call the company and they were closed. I went online to see that someone used the same card to purchase cosmectics totalling $165.00. I did not order the items. I do not use this card but only once or twice per year for large items.
