First off all don't get cricket and definately make sure to write everything down. Everytime I call their customer service I end up speaking to someone in a foreign country like Panama, Colombia, Peru, Guatemala, Puerto Rico and rarely in the U.S. Plus they don't don't know how to treat a customer, they have no respect for you at all and they live of each customer's payments.
