i send funding of $250.00 to my long-distance girlfriend from ghana that we met on match.com when i send the funding over there i've been told somebody else got the funding before she did. it happen twice on this now i like to know did she did got funding but lie that someone else got it since people need to sign release form plus know the secret phrase to get fund to that person.?
