We signed up prior to moving out of a home we shared with family. We still had to pay for the alarm system since we originally signed the contract for 3 years. Our relative was listed on the contract as well and still dwells in the home. After numerous phone calls we finally fixed it so that the monthly fees were deducted from her account.
