One day on my TV I saw the logo change from Verizon to Frontier when you turn off your cable box but not the TV. I had no idea that a new company had taken over my cable, internet and telephone service until then and even then it was not clear. Next I lost 75% of my channels without any warning, I figured it was a technical problem so I called the company and they spent 2 hours on the phone trying to fix it.
