We had Car Toys of Federal Way WA. install a car alarm when the car was about 3 years old and in pristine condition. We purchased the car new. We noticed the alarm system did not work properly and in addition the installers scratched the underneath of the dash board and it came apart. The knobs that control the fan positions were damaged as well and have never worked right since then.We had our mechanic reattach the dash board.
