I stupidly placed an online order using my debit card. Received a "DoNotReply.com" email stating that my order was complete. Within the trial period, since there was no address or link to send a written cancellation to, I called the phone number on the email to cancel. The agent I spoke with cancelled the order. I asked her to send me a cancellation confirmation email while we spoke. She said she'd sent it 3 times but nothing was received.
