I talked to a repersentative at Centerpoint Energy. They say they have no complaint department but, I do not believe that is true! They talk to you like you have a tail and they have no accurate info for the things they do. I am praying for them to get their attitudes together and realize, they too are not invicible! Customers need to start speaking out more instead of letting them make the rules and control.
