On the 15th of September 2009, I received a letter of demand from VVM Attorney. I called them requesting for a reconnection fee to MTN. Cynthia said she will come back to me and she did not. I called 12 times and eventually I got hold of Kelvin. He promised to call me back after 48 hrs which turned out to be 96 hours. I paid the R10 013 they said I owe immediately after I have spoken with them. I have called I get through the switchboard and they put me through their irritating answering machine. All i want is someone to comeback to me and clear me with MTN so that I can use my phone again. read full review »
