I booked my ticket through make my trip.com, for my trip from US to India. It was confirmed and itenary was sent by the agent and when I went to the airport all of my trip was cancelled. The airline said the agent had not confirmed 24 hrs before. My card has been charged. Its so hard to travel internationally with a kid and after confirming they cancelled the resvation and also charged the card. I managed to buy a different ticket, but now I have to put a complaint on makemytrip.com, and there is no email id. read full review »
