For years I have ordered rx's several days in advance and was given a time/date to pick them up. Due to poor service I would always do the follow up call to see if they were really ready and as always told yes they are filled come in. When I get to the counter they are never really ready and you get the please come back in 30 mins. So you wait the 30mins and get back in line and more times than not are told to come back again still not ready. This little game can go on for hours on end if not days.
