On 9/13/2010 there were 4 unauthorize charges 34.95-34.95 24-95 24.95 totatling $129.80. I called Credit Diagnois on Monday September 13 2010 at 3:30 PM, my call was not anwsered until 4:47 PM, on hold for over an hour. I explained to as conformation number 4956 that I never applied for an account and this is an error. and I expected a full refund, I was told No we do not refund money.
