I am a Tmobile customer with Flexpay. For the first time last month we went over out minutes. No big deal. I still had mobile to mobile, nights and weekends. One late night my friend (non-tmobile) called and left me a voicemail. The next morning I tried to listen to it, but the automated sytem kept saying I was out of minutes. Assuming my voicemail is tmobile, I called Customer Service to see wtf was going on and why couldn't I check my voicemail.
