DesignQuote.net, requires that the designers who are looking for work PAY for each lead they use. The leads are supposed to be created by actual companies looking for graphics designers, web designers, and programmers. However I have noticed very, unusual activity since joining this service. #1. New leads often get posted in groups of 5 or 10 and are all posted within one hour of each other.
