HIT web design, formerly Heritage Web Solutions, looked like a competent, economical company to build my website, but it took a very long time, was very glitchy for months, and their corporate structure and phone tree made it difficult to make changes, get my site completed, etc. because I could never talk to just one individual, but had to address each issue to the right department.
