I visited the Watrefront today and parked in the outside parking. On leaving I was charged R15.00 for an hour, five minutes. On quering this with the attendant I was given a R5.00 refund. I was also told by him that the technicians had incorrectly programmed the machine. My question is...how many patrons paid and did not query the overcharge. Was this done because the V & A knew that there would be more visitors than normal on the holiday??? read full review »
