The AAA plumber quoted me R1482.00 to clear a blocked drain and toilet leak. When I enquired on why it will cost so much, I was told that the job will take two hours to complete. Half an hour later the job was complete. I then called customer services at AAA plumbing and spoke to Wendy who ensured me that they will investigate and get back to me. After a week of no response I escalated the matter to another person from customer services called Alison and up to now (3 weeks later) I've not received any feedback.
