So I have reported this previously, nothing has happened since after my first complaint In the meanwhile, Digital Planet conveniently lost my cd and manuals. Sony is now involved and called to say that they will replace my cd and manuals and collect on Friday 25th September. Digital Planet called and said they will try to get a swap of unit then they send me and email stating that the the camera i have is discontinued and they'll give me a refund I have no clue what is going on - i have three different versions.
