My daughter paid a R50 deposit at Rythmic Beat in Hillcrest in April, ordering an imported CD for her brother's burthday. Despite many many visits and telephone calls by herself, and many assurances that the CD is on it's way, to this date (Sept) it still hasn't arrived. She has approached them to refund her the deposit and that hasn't happened either. Being very naive in these matters, Mom has decided to take up the cudgels. Anyone???
