I was called from the markham's call center, i was being offered some random product, by an agent called Jade (she was friendly), i wanted a full explanation of the product she was offering, then she passed the call onto the Night Supervisor Erica, who passed it on to another agent and when doing so she said 'take this call this guys is taking us for a pop.'
