The g2 personal radio stoped working after only one day of use. When I e-mailed "support" at slacker they wouldn't authorise a return with out filling out a questionare that would have taken hours to research. "I could guess that my defective purchase wasn't going to be handled in a helpfull manor. With out a more positive customer return policy, I am sure slacker is hurting theirchances for success. I paid slacker $45.00 for service to program the device. I also paid $105.00 for a new slacker g2. The programing feature didn't work, and the g2 gadget stopped working after only one day. read full review »
