I had no prior knowledge of this company until suddenly I was being charged a monthly fee. This started in July. I immediately contacted this company and explained that I have never given out my bank information and never signed up for this service. I received an email back stating that they would need the date and amount that was charged and they would look into it. I gave them that information.
