I used Phone Agent Source to look up a pay phone at which my husband had called me when his car broke down. I was having trouble finding him. I paid my $1 fee for the reverse look-up and then was charged $18.95. I emailed their customer service support team to cancel and never heard back from them. I was just charged again and called to make sure they would cancel service. This time I got a cancellation number, so hopefully this will not be a continuing problem. I guess we'll see.
