I decided to bundle services - local, long distance, internet, and Direct TV with AT&T. After I converted to the package, the pricing was not what I expected based on the sales representative. I called and asked for documentation. After speaking with multiple customer service representatives, I have not received any documentation to support the bill. read full review »
