I have become very regimented in checking my bank statements every couple of months after several issues like this, it's too bad we have to take our time to fix the mistakes and theivery of others. Last month I found this AOL charge for services I never ordered since I haven't been with them for almost 10 years. Calling them they informed me they will send an affidavit for me to fill out, and if they approve it then they will remove the charge.
