I bought an HP laptop 14 months back. within 2 months, the AC adapter went bad; HP sent me a new one. within 8 months of buying, the keyboard went bad, some keys stopped functioning. Now, the screen went blank which looks like either a motherboard or LCD problem. When I called HP customer service, they said there is nothing they can do about it, since the laptop is out of warranty period.
